A snippet of our everyday life in Oaxaca
As we prepare to pack up and head away after a month in Oaxaca we thought we should show you our neighbourhood and the walk into town we take every day.

That’s our little house on the left.

Looking the other way – up to our cafe and laundrette!

We cross the road beside the aqueduct

Down the pedestrian part of the cobbled street

Past the fountain and the shrine

Micro businesses lurk under the arches of the aqueduct – also good for sheltering in a torrential downpour on the way home!

Past the graffiti house

Turn left at the blue house

Past the ladies knitting (and crochet) club and shop

There was always fun and laughter and a teacher at the knitting club

Turn into the main street, past San Domingo street in the distance

Past the bike lanes!

To the main square – the cathedral at night

Band playing the Zocalo – the main square in Oaxaca

Thanks Brenda – we have moved on – I’m a few days behind my posts!
Much great stuff to come.
